About
Jolan Goutier supports people facing legal situations that are often sensitive, sometimes urgent, always important.
His approach is based on a precise analysis of each situation, the definition of a clear strategy and the search for effective solutions. Convinced that the judicial route is not always the most appropriate solution, he favours, when possible, alternative approaches such as mediation, negotiation or conciliation, in order to significantly reduce costs and provide a concrete response to the needs of its clients.
Particular attention is paid to the human dimension of the files. Where relevant, additional support can be offered in collaboration with a psychologist also working within the offices.
Former researcher at the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre and collaborator of Dr. Corinne Lewis (New York Bar), he contributed to several publications in international journals, including the American Bar Association International Law News and the American Bar Association International Human Rights Committee Newsletter.
He is also co-president of the association You Belong, within which he supports public and private actors on issues of discrimination and the fight against stereotypes, through advisory services and training.
